The first thing I did was explain the process of paper blogging and why we are doing it.  I showed @mcteach's post and its pictures.  They thought it was pretty neat and it looked hard but they could do it.

I know that seems like an overkill on the WOW but I try not to exaggerate.  But this week has been just an absolute adventure.

Monday - The students came in with enthusiasm that I haven't seen in a while.  They were positive and eager to learn.  Of course we had to go over the rules and procedures of class and of the school, but they took it well.

I did have an issue with my network not recognizing it and communicating with my computers, but I figured them out and got it working. (AVG wasn't allowing the IP address and I had to restart iTunes after making the change.)

If you haven't noticed, I have been doing my school's announcements and posting them to my blog via gcast.com and podOmatic.com.
(YES, I do have two podcasting accounts! Why? You may be asking. I don't know yet.)

I post the episodes and then they update on this blog! I think that is so cool to get them in one place. The hardest part for me was choosing the song that I liked.
I created it with student pictures. (I know there could be an issue there, but I don't see one that keeps me from using them in my school or sharing them with you.)

I have a shape that I want students to color based upon certain criteria I give them.This time I gave them the choice of only two colors.  I then let them color as they choose.
