After staying up late-ish, the morning was quiet and peaceful.
Taking time to think and reflect on the upcoming events always helps to focus me in what I need to do.
In order to #BE this year, I have to take that time to focus. Maybe getting up a little earlier or stopping evening events at a certain time to wind down and reflect on the day are good ideas.
