Day 3 – 2019

Time flies.

I don’t care how you look at it. Right side up, upside down, from the left, from the right, looking ahead, or looking behind all don’t matter.

30 years ago was 1989.
30 years from now is 2049.

What have you learned about yourself?
What of that learning have you applied?

I’ve had so much learning, re-learning, and unlearning to do over the last 6 years that one would be very tired of it. Which I am, but I can’t stop.  I want to be the best I can at whatever I do. Hence the reduction of what I claim to be. But even the remaining items need refinement and additional work to get better.

Today, I learned that little boys grow up, FAST. I can’t keep them as they were, because they too need to grow and be themselves. However, I can guide them and work with them to be the young men that are polite, caring, giving, ones that will be future leaders, and not just take my place, but make the world even better.

Therefore, I dedicate this year to them. I have to BE in order to give them a model I never had. A good father and not just one who talks, but also does the right thing.
